Need to be Different ...

I always feel a need to be different than others. And I feel fascinated by this need.

People smoke because others smoke..People drink because others drink..and as if this is not enough, even career decisions are taken based on someone else's decision. How can people accept to be counted among the common crowd?

Having the best education, the best job, a wonderful family...is it enough? Even after achieving all this does a man stop being a 'common man'. I always feel fascinated by those people who have taken a different route in their routine journey. They are not any famous celebrities. They are people around me.

For example, a few days back when I got down at Parel Station from a heavily crowded train and was trying to find some way to get to the bridge, I bumped into this girl. I expected an obvious sermon and a look that would tell me that I am one of the stupidest person travelling on Mumbai trains. But...you never know when a surprise is waiting for you! Very calmly she said "sorry...sorry...pls go ahead".

I was stunned for a fraction of a second !!!

She was definitely different from others including me. And when I looked at her, I couldn't help but notice how abnormally fair her complexion was!

Well whatever it is, she taught me a lesson of life within seconds. Who is going to remember your smart advices later? But because of her 'sorry', I'll never forget her.

Why not say 'sorry'? Just to make a difference!

Scope for Mistakes

From childhood, nature teaches us where there is scope for mistakes. If a small baby puts his hand on a hot plate, his hand gets burnt and he gets a lesson for life that 'Fire' is not something that can be touched. Scope for mistake is null !

But there is no such immediate punishment for smoking or pollution etc. The effect can be experienced only in long term. That means there is a scope for mistakes till then.

What if nature makes strict rules for everything? Then we will not need all the laws n regulations. Rather many of them can be avoided. Laws made by man can be broken but those made by nature cannot be broken.

But..but..but..

But then may be man could not have made so much progress. But atleast man would not have caused so much danger to nature, which he has caused today.

What is the base..what is the reason of where a natural rule should exist n where it should not?

faces

faces..beautiful faces..ugly faces..smiling faces..angry faces..fair faces..whitish faces..dark faces..

forehead..eyes..nose..cheeks..lips..chin..baas! but no two faces are same. variation in only 6 parts. how every face can be different? or is it just a magic to our eyes?

face makes first impression.. how immediately after looking at a face our mind predicts the nature of that person?

face expresses feelings.. n that's a universal language..

i feel fascinated by this heterogeneity.
